Running Patidar Mukhwas on Amazonand JioMart, end to end

Patidar Products makes flaxseed (alsi) mukhwas, a traditional after-meal mouth freshener. Selling food on Indian marketplaces brings work most small brands are not set up for: allergen labelling, keywords and claims that must stay within the rules, daily orders on more than one platform, and GST-ready books at the end of every month.

The brand wanted one team to take care of all of it, so the family could stay focused on making the product.

We started with market research: category size, competitors, pricing and margins, and the advertising landscape. We then listed the product on Amazon with compliant copy and allergen labelling, audited the listings against marketplace keyword rules, and set up JioMart under the client's own seller entity.

Today we process orders every day on both Amazon and JioMart, and turn Amazon's monthly tax reports into journal entries in Tally so the GST books are ready without extra work from the client.
